At Hawthorn Energy Healing I offer Reiki, Reiki Drum Journeys, Crystal Therapy, Sound Healing, Sound Baths, as well as Combination Therapy that incorporates elements from some or all modalities. All sessions are customized to the individual client. All vibrational energy healing can be done in person or through video chat on ZOOM and Facebook Messenger.
​I also offer House Healing and Dowsing in person and distance.

Reiki

  • 60 min In Person Reiki session - $75

Reiki is a holistic natural form of  Japanese spiritual energy healing. Reiki therapy can be done with a safe non-intrusive hands on approach or without touch by hovering the hands just above the client's body. A Reiki Practitioner's hands are guided to points that need the healing energy channeled into. This is done by using the vibrational energy that makes up all things to channel the energy directly to the client. Reiki can be used to promote stress reduction and relaxation. A Reiki treatment can be done while laying on a massage bed, seated in a chair, in person or from a distance.  

Crystal Therapy

Crystal Therapy is a holistic therapy that uses the shared vibrational energy that occurs naturally in everything ~living & nonliving. Crystals exist in a natural state of balanced energy and when they are introduced to our own energy vibrations they help to restore the body, mind and spirit. By placing chosen crystals on a clients body, the Crystal Therapy Practitioner can begin to rebalance and realign. 
This treatment can be beneficial for stress reduction and relaxation as well as rebalancing your chakras and auric field. 
Working with your comfort level, crystals are placed on the body in a safe and respectful manner while the client relaxes on a massage table, or sitting comfortably in a chair.

This session can also be conducted as a distance healing via video chat.

Combination Therapy

While I feel that most clients will benefit from a customized Combined Therapy session ~ I am happy to focus on one modality if requested.

What to expect during a session

Please dress comfortably (no restrictive clothing). Unlike a massage there is no need to disrobe. You will be either be laying comfortably on a massage table or sitting in a chair. Be sure to drink water and hydrate before and after the treatment.

After a brief  intake - you will be asked to make yourself comfortable either on the massage table or in the chair.
I will then guide you through a brief relaxation exercise and begin the treatment. Once the crystals are selected and in place and/or Reiki has begun I will lead you through a deeper guided meditation. For Sound Healing different tools will be chosen to accompany session. Your job is to relax and follow along or just melt away into the moment and maybe even have a snooze. Upon completion of the session we can sit and chat while I debrief you with any findings. 

Covid Protocols

*In compliance with Provincial Health Orders, all clients must fill out a COVID19 screening form. 
* As I am a small business and have immune compromised family members I prefer to do distance healing for anyone who has not received their COVID19 vaccine.

I will have to ask you to reschedule if you;

* Have any COVID, cold or flu like symptoms
* Have been in contact with anyone with symptoms
* Have been outside of BC, travelled within BC outside of  the Greater Victoria area or travelled anywhere by air in the past 14 days
* Anyone under a PHO to self isolate

Arriving for your session

* Once you arrive you will be required to sanitize your hands and your phone. Please only bring what you absolutely need
* All surfaces and linens will be washed and sanitized prior to your arrival
* A COVID screening form is required to be filled out prior to your appointment and submitted back to me
*To comply with COVID protocols , please do not bring anyone else with you to the session as the treatment space is small
